Stainless steel pipe finishing, plasma spraying technology uses a plasma arc as a heat source to melt the powder coating material and spray it onto the surface of the stainless steel pipe to obtain a special surface coating.
In the field of thermal spraying, plasma spraying technology is clearly superior to the oxygen-acetylene or oxyhydrogen flame spraying process. Its main advantages are: high temperature, when using inert gas, can prevent oxidation of the material during spraying; plasma spraying speed is higher than ordinary flame spraying, so the coughed powder point can obtain higher speed.
When stainless steel pipe fittings are used for plasma spraying, two methods are generally used to prevent oxidation of the material.
